Champagne Vincent D'Astrée
Visual aspect: nice gold, deep yellow colour. Beautiful brilliance. Nose: expressive, slightly evolved, toasted, brioche. Hints of apple aromas. Palate: well-structured, with a beautiful viscosity and breadth. We find the notes of dried fruits again. The finish is fleshy, generous. Match with food: puff pastry with Chaource cheese; regional cheeses. Comments: a slightly sensible dosage.
