Visual aspect: pale yellow with a greenish rim. Slow and obvious legs. Clear and lovely. Nose: clean, with tropical fruit on the first nose. After swirling, ripe guava and jackfruit aromas. Strong minerality, a touch of mint, grass and leaves. Palate: good acidity, tangerine, lemon on the palate. Mineral finish. Full-bodied with round structure. Match with food: scallops carpaccio; chicken consommé with prawns. Comments: decant before serving. Ready to drink but can be laid down for another 3-5 years.
