Visual aspect: a deep, vivid golden-yellow hue, delicate, abundant, long-lasting efferevescence. Nose: marvellously strong aromas of candied lime, rosewood, liquorice, vanilla, blueberry, caraway, fennel seeds and aniseed. Palate: fresh on the first taste, it stretches out long on good acidity, solid structure and balance dominated by persistent acidity. The finish is long on a vegetal taste of fern. Match with food: pan-fried veal chop with a creamy sauce flavoured with blueberries. Comments: great character and personality.
