Visual aspect: yellow, brilliant, golden colour. Nose: very fresh, pleasant. Mentholated nose, with green tea and fennel. Palate: well-balanced, fine bubble, yellow-fleshed and exotic fruits. Length on the palate. Match with food: exotic or Asian dishes. Comments: a very good Champagne.
