Visual aspect: a black cherry hue.
Nose: very delicate on aromas of red fruit, blackberries, charming.
Palate: round, woody and pleasantly melted. Marvellous balance. Flavours of red fruit after swirling. Silky tannin, and a lovely, long finish.
Match with food: a thickly-cut piece of deer.
Comments: woodiness is well blended into the wine, and there is excellent balance. A very pleasant wine.
