Visual aspect: yellow very pale, slightly green glints. Nose: exotic, green fruits, Granny Smith, Williams pear. Palate: bitter almond, citrus fruit, lemony finish, lively, lots of gourmandise. Match with food: seafood tapas, cockles in parsley and garlic. Comments: a very nice bottle.
