Visual aspect: a gleaming, lovely, vivid, developed golden-yellow hue, plentiful effervescence and silvery tints. Nose: powerful, with scents of pepper, honey, apple and toast, as well as a hint of oxidation (walnut). Palate: the first taste is supple, airy and remains delicate. Good length of flavour, with a slight bitterness. Match with food: fillet of fera fish cooked in yellow wine. Comments: a good champagne, marked by time, but possessing a different style.
