Visual aspect: limpid, pale yellow, green tinges. Medium bubbles. Nice bead. Nose: woody, vanilla, undergrowth. White-fleshed fruits in brandy. Palate: supple first taste, fine, ample. Well-balanced, slightly buttery. Very nice structure. Match with food: fillet of veal with mushrooms. Comments: very nice champagne.
