Visual aspect: clear yellow colour, silvery tinges, slightly green. Nicely coats the glass. Nose: fresh, a smoky side. Quite floral and slightly spicy. Second nose with grapefruit, pineapple and green apple. Palate: well-made, quite pure first taste, vivid. Lemony aftertaste. Match with food: brandade; croque-monsieur; tapenade on bread. Comments: a quite simple wine but well-made.
