Visual aspect: garnet-red colour, purplish tinges, deep. Nose: developing on the wild fruits. Red and black berries, notes of menthol. Palate: full, supple, fine and fruity tannins, ripe. Important aromatic persistency. Long, pleasant. Match with food: spit roasted poultry. Comments: a very good ageing capacity but already a great bottle, a pleasure.
