Palate: beautiful first taste, fat and fresh, citrus. A mouth watering side, long. Fairly mineral aftertaste. Match with food: smoked trout; taramasalata with home-made blinis; fish tartar. Comments: a well-balanced wine, elegant and soft. Fairly representative of its terroir.
