Visual aspect: brilliant. Nose: explosive, very vegetable, herbaceous notes. Mix of fennel, anise, mint. Fine with spicy notes, pepper. Palate: the mouth confirms the nose. Beautiful roundness, the fennel rounds off the palate, a light tangy side. Lovely length, supported by the various aromas. Comments: a beautiful Absinthe.
