Château Larrivet Haut-Brion
Visual aspect: garnet-red colour, beautiful limpidity. Nose: fine, mentholated, with black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), spicy notes. Palate: delicious, smooth, with aromas of liquorice and very present tanins. Superb balance between the fruit and the freshness. Magnificent finish. Match with food: a rack of lamb. Comments: a very nice Pessac-Léognan that honours its terroir.
