Visual aspect: developing. Ruby-red hue, clear disk. Nose: present, some notes of development, slightly jammy ripe fruits. Palate: supple, pleasant, development is present but soft. Fresher mid-palate. A more clear-cut aftertaste, more lively and tannic. Match with food: braised beef cheek in Blaye wine sauce, Vichy carrots. Comments: beautiful.
