Visual aspect: dark ruby-red colour, black cherry, purple tinges. Fine and colourful tears. Nice intensity, limpid. Nose: roasted first nose, with cocoa, ripe black fruits. Chocolate scented second nose. Palate: quite supple at first taste.Very present tannins in the mid-palate. Fruity aftertaste. Match with food: roast beef; chocolate fondant. Comments: presence of aromas of élevage, for lovers of wine aged in barrel.
