Expresses through aromas of spices, woodiness and solid tannins. Fruit in the retro-olfaction accompanied with cinnamon and nutmeg notes. Match with food: spicy filet mignon of venison, wine sauce. Comments: wait 2 or 3 years to let the élevage integrate.
