Visual aspect: pale gold colour. Nose: very expressive and very fine. Scents of lime. Palate: lovely roundness, elegance and length in the mouth. Match with food: braised calf's sweetbread and carrots with cumin and fennel. Comments: in the lineage of Dom Pérignon. One of our favorite!
