Palate: full-bodied and generous with a magnificent impression, still on red fruit and spices in the flavours, mingled with scents of scrubland and laurel bay.
Match with food: saddle of hare.
Comments: an excellent Corsican wine. Remarkable! The most marvellous terroir expression.
