Visual aspect: light garnet red-colour, amber, tile-red. Nose: leather, black fruits, prune, woody, soft, tobacco, cigar. Fine and developed nose. Palate: soft and round at first taste. Fine and present tannins, juicy. Very elegant finish. Aromas which remind the nose. Quite tertiary range. Match with food: shoulder of lamb roasted with herbs from the scrub. Comments: a wine at its peak, full of refinement.
