Visual aspect: light garnet-red colour, amber. Nose: prune in brandy, kirsch, cherry stone, spices. A smoked side, caramelized. Fine nose, refined and soft. Palate: soft and delicate at first taste, smooth. Fine and melted tannins. Same aromas than the nose. Elegant kirshy fruits and Guignolet liqueur in the afertaste. Match with food: roasted figatelli, chestnut polenta. Comments: a ripe and mature wine.
