Visual aspect: old pink colour with light amber tinges. Nose: fine nose on strawberry, raspberry, lychee aromas. Very jammy. Palate: dynamic and ethereal, rich, well-balanced. Gourmet pairings: foie gras with grapes. Comments: a great success.
