Visual aspect: very dark purple hue, raspberry tinges. Nose: rhubarb, quite intense juniper berries. Black fruit jam, nearly compote, juniper wood. Palate: ample, sweet, round. Nice silky and velvety texture, well-accomplished wine. Morello cherry in the finish. Match with food: game terrine; grilled red meat with wine sauce. Comments: a very pleasant wine to drink now.
