Rosé

Visual aspect: orangey pink and brilliant hue, salmon-pink tinges. Nose: fine and elegant; scents of peach, mandarine, fresh mint leaves. Palate: fluid and fresh, with aromas of red, black and tropical fruits. Mentholated and very ethereal finish. Match with food: medium rare scallops and mango vinegar with pulp. Comments: a domain that always provides us much pleasure.
