Visual aspect: pale pink, fine bubbles. Beautiful brilliance. Nose: fine, delicate. Fruity, tangy, with red fruits (redcurrant), slightly toasted. Palate: fine, vivid, fresh. We find the aromas of red fruits again (redcurrant). Elegant, a hint of acidity. Very fresh and superb aftertaste. Match with food: fresh goat's cheese with redcurrant jam. Comments: a Champagne for pleasure to taste from now on and that will refresh the palate.
