Visual aspect: salmon and coral pink colour. Silvery disk. Nose: rich and fruity (redcurrant, raspberry compote, wild strawberry). Palate: straight, vinous. Small red fruits again. A tangy side, quite present dosage. Long and beautiful finish. Match with food: pheasant with cabbage and cranberries; Chinese food. Comments: a lot of joy!
