Visual aspect: black cherry colour. Nose: generous, grilled, roasted, with candied notes of black fruits, cocoa. Palate: broad, round, with fine tannins to let melt. Finish with a good length. Match with food: a braised beef fillet. Comments: a very fine and concentrated cuvée. Can wait some years in cellar.
