Visual aspect: pale gold colour, fine bubbles, nice corolla, constant chain. Nose: red fruits, beautiful concentration. Fresh nose. Second nose with vivacity of the fruit, white-fleshed fruits compote. Palate: of course we felt the solera ! More vinosity than the nose, quite long. Good acidity. Acidulous note aftetaste, apricot compote. Match with food: knob of lamb with a sweet potatoes purée.
