Visual aspect: golden yellow hue with golden tinges. Nice fine bubbles. Nose: a beautiful first nose with aromas of evolution of the Chardonnay, slightly toasted, caramel, grilled. After swirling the red fruits appear. Palate: beautiful first taste, freshness. A good balance on the palate and an interesting length, with very ripe fruits. Match with food: braised sweetbread, gravy and fingerling potatoes. Comments: a well-structured wine.
