In early July, Arc France took part in the 2023 edition
of the Grande Exposition du 'Fabriqué in France’.
Launched by the President of the Republic in January 2020, this annual event honors companies, craftsmen, producers and industrialists who are fully committed to French manufacturing.
The Exaltation collection of glasses from Chef&Sommelier, Arc's expert brand, was selected by the jury. This same collection was also selected by the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale for the election of the Best Sommelier of the world, earlier this year.
Designed and manufactured in Arques, in the Hauts-de-France region, Exaltation comes in two 30 cl and 35 cl lilies. Neither a cup, flute or tulip glass, its original shape has been designed to enhance the tasting experience: a highly transparent material, a large evaporation surface, a full-bodied aromatic chamber and, above all, a unique bubbling system, patented in France, designed to pick up a maximum of aromas.
An original touch: to deliver the glasses to the Élysée Palace, several Arc France employees took it in turns to cycle the 240 kilometers between the Arques production site and the Élysée Palace. Gwenaelle L'Hénoret, Arc France's Marketing Director, explains: “We wanted to take advantage of this exceptional event to create a moment of cohesion and sharing: our glassmaking employees, who are passionate about cycling, accepted the challenge of cycling the 240 km from the Arc plant to the Élysée Palace in a relay”.
Definitely a modern brand!
