Visual aspect: a yellow, slightly golden colour, consistent bubbles.
Nose: menthol hints and minerality, aromas of baked apple developing towards fragrances of white blossom and dried fruit. Distinct aromas of Chardonnay, excellent fullness.
Palate: freshness on the first taste, a perception of development with flavours of dried fruit and the white blossom of fresh fruit. Long on the finish.
Match with food: poultry roasted with boletus mushrooms.
Comment: a flavoursome, well balanced champagne worthy of an excellent winegrower.
