Château Branas Grand Poujeaux

Color: dense garnet, violet reflections. Nose: very rich, violet, with notes of very ripe black cherry, liquorice. Palate: ample attack, elegant and fresh palate, with pretty tannins, very round. Very nice structure with a very interesting aromatic palette. Pairing: meat with sauce; duck stew. Comment: a well-typed wine with a beautiful presence.
