Visual aspect: pellucid and glittering, a rose-petal colour with delicate dark purple tinges.
Nose: pure, charming with good intensity, floral fruitiness and wonderful complexity of aromas. Very characteristic of Provence.
Palate: the first taste is pure, but supple. Acidity sustains it as a whole. The finish reveals a flavour of pomegranate. It is altogether an elegant wine.
Match with food: aubergine gratin, Provençal speciality dishes.
Comments: very pleasant overall and typically Provençal. This is what we expect from a fine Provence rosé.
