Visual aspect: a straw yellow colour. Nose: floral, charming, on aromas mingling white-fleshed fruit and red fruit (Burlat cherry) with a touch of white pepper. Palate: body and balance, very typical Pinot style. Flavours of cherry and fresh finish on hints of citrus and spices. Match with food: duck aiguillettes with balsamic vinegar, fig jam and dried apricots. Comments: the unanimous opinion: this is a perfect blend of 6 grape varieties. Well done!
