Visual aspect: superb, attractive salmon pink hue with delicate and generous bubbles. Nose: very delicate and elegant on aromas of red fruit (raspberry, strawberry) compote, exuding woody and vanilla scents. Palate: expressive, with flavours of blood orange, the palate is complex, unctuous, very lively. Finish on a very elegant and fruity freshness. Match with food: apple tart, pan-fried foie gras with fruit. Comments: certainly one of the jewels of this tasting. A pure greedy moment.
