Visual aspect: deep gold colour. Fine and slow bubbles. Nose: very open, expressive and complex with notes of candied fruits, dates, apricot and scents of honey. Palate: beautiful pure first taste with an excellent balance. We find the aromas of the nose and a generous and fruity finish. Match with food: shellfish, sushis. Comments: very good.
