Visual aspect: gleaming deep gold pure colour. Nose: complex, subtle, fine, very mineral. Notes of mushroom, pear, mirabelle, white-fleshed fruit (white-fleshed nectarine). Palate: beautiful first taste, distinguished, harmonious matter. Mastered sparkling, beautiful minerality. Haute couture. Congrats! Match with food: foie gras and pistacchio crumble. Comments: one of our favorite!
