Palate: rich and moreish first taste, a vegetal note in the mid-palate, a really lovely freshness in the finish, with a beautiful length. Match with food: grilled fillet of wild sea bass with cream and chicory sauce. Comments: a beautiful estate Champagne to heartily recommand.
