Nose: powerful with woody hints, tremendous purity in its aromas, which evoke a blend of crystallised citrus and chalk, as well as candied orange peel.
Palate: fine lees, marvellous complexity, the flavours confirm the aromas, and there is magnificent balance, tremendous harmony. This Chardonnay gives a liquorice hint on the finish.
Comment: 100% Chardonnay, vinified in barrels, matured on lees, dosage of 2g per litre.
