Visual aspect: garnet-red, brilliant, clear. Nose: rich, empyreumatic, hint of barrel, smoked, undergrowth, black fruits (blackcurrant, blueberry). Palate: supple first taste, black fruits, smoke, spices. Match with food: grilled meat; white meat. Comments: wonderful but has to be decanted six hours before tasting.
