Visual aspect: deep, intense, clean, limpid. Garnet-red with purplish tinges. Very present tears. Nose: beautiful intensity, empyreumatic notes (cocoa, roasted), of élevage (vanilla). Very ripe black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), notes of spices (black pepper). Palate: supple first taste, frank. Notes of cocoa in the aftertaste. Match with food: filet mignon sprinkled with chopped parsley, with potatoes and preserved shallots. Comments: to decant. A wine to await, still young.
