Visual aspect: onion peels, fine bubbles. Nose: discreet then very evolved. Palate: black fruit aromas (blackcurrant), nice frank and evolved first taste. Match with food: terrine with poultry and fennel; rack of lamb in a herb crust. Comments: a good wine for a meal, a nice general expression.
