Visual aspect: golden yellow colour. Medium-sized, numerous and intense bubbles. Nice bead. Nose: complex, buttery, vegetable aroma, undergrowth. Palate: fine, discreet. Good present acidity, candied palate. The finish is beautiful, with fruits. Match with food: snails with preserved pepper bell. Comments: pure joy!
