Visual aspect: pale gold colour, limpid, brilliant. Very fine bubbles, nice bead. Nose: beautiful nose, very pleasant, complex, buttery, toasted, dried fruits. Palate: pure first taste, vinous, brioche, ample, balanced. Fresh grape aromas, nice expression of the Chardonnay. Match with food: poached fillet of turbot with Hollandaise sauce. Comments: a beautiful Champagne.
