Visual aspect: small bead of bubbles, pale yellow colour, golden tinge. Nose: slightly buttery first nose, yellow-fleshed fruits. Very light notes of toasted bread, fresh herbs. Palate: full; apple, pear. Aromatic explosion with a pure first taste, an ample palate. Delicious finish with a hint of acidity, well-balanced, nice freshness. Match with food: crayfish nage; quail with grapes. Comments: a very good Champagne, extremely fine, very elegant.
