Visual aspect: a pale yellow colour, superb radiance. Nose: excellent freshness, lively and delicate on an aroma of green apple and floral scents. Palate: pure, refreshing and rich. Excellent body and a very long finish. Match with food: monkfish or langoustine with lemongrass-flavoured aspic. Comments: one of our favourites of this tasting.
