Visual aspect: yellow gold colour, limpid, brilliant. Very fine bubbles. Nose: ripe fruits, honey and cinnamon note, complex. Palate: fleshy first taste, good balance between the nose and the palate. Light note of almond in the aftertaste. Match with food: smoked salmon marinated in green tea. Comments: bravo!
