Visual aspect: a pale yellow colour with golden tints, delicate, plentiful, long-lasting effervescence. Nose: marvellously powerful aromas, on scents of tropical fruit, brioche and wheat, apricot and apple aromas. Palate: the first taste is pure and clean, refreshing, well-structured and a long, mineral finish. Match with food: Alakif chicken. Comments: tremendous character, a fine, all-round champagne, with perfectly proportioned dosage.
