Visual aspect: wonderful straw colour. Delicate and persistant bubbles. Nose: very delicate and subtle on stone fruit aromas. Palate: elegant, fresh and vivid, nice acidity. Very nice finish of sustained length. Match with food: grilled turbot. Comments: a great wine for initiates.
