Nose: vegetal, cherry stone and hazelnut scents at first nose; the second nose is fine and subtle with aromas of fresh almond and the typicity of a vintage Champagne. Palate: vivid, generous, vegetal first taste. Lovely balance, very pleasant persistent freshness. Match with food: Gravlax salmon; aperitif; foie gras. Comments: an amazing experience.
