Visual aspect: a deep, concentrated garnet-red hue. Nose: very complex, elegant and stylish, marvellous fullness and very aromatic, floral fragrances such as violet and red peony, and fruity scents, blackcurrant, with a touch of liquorice. Palate: light and airy, full-body, magnificent freshness, silky tannins, splendid movement of elegance. Magnificent, graceful, with fine balance, divine! Match with food: summer pudding, fillet of lamb. Comments: one of our absolute favourites, a superb name. It's Canon!
